Dr. Mason, with over 12 years of experience working with youth and adults, is a Bowie State University alum who earned both a Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescence Studies and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Md) and Licensed Professional Counselor (Va), and Board Approved Supervisor in Maryland, his client-centered approach integrates Adlerian theory and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Dr. Mason consults with various sectors, including school districts and nonprofits, and applies his expertise from his doctoral studies in Educational Leadership and Management at Drexel University. He was honored as a TEDx Editor’s Choice speaker on bringing diversity to the mental health realm, further highlighting his dedication to the field. His company, Minds in Motion Therapeutic Services, LLC, emphasizes the connection between mental and physical health with the tagline "Move Better, Feel Better, Think Better." Dedicated to serving Black men, Dr. Mason and his team address this underserved population’s unique mental health needs and offer dynamic professional development and workshops. Charles Robinson-Snead, a Laurel, Delaware native, graduated from Delaware State University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2014, after which he worked in various roles including mentor, Community Living Specialist, and Admissions Counselor. He earned his M.A. in Clinical Counseling from Eastern University in 2018, while also gaining practical experience as a Group Facilitator and Outpatient Therapist. In 2020, Charles became a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware, and in 2021, he obtained similar credentials in New Jersey. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Howard University.

As a licensed Graduate Professional Psychotherapist, Carl blends personal experience with professional expertise to support at-risk youth and adults. Growing up in the Bronx exposed me to trauma, violence, and drugs, fueling my passion for helping others navigate life’s complexities. Carl's commitment to mental wellness began at 13, leading him to pursue higher education as a nontraditional student at Savannah State University and Bowie State University. Carl hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and founded the BOSS program to promote mental health awareness among males. His therapeutic approach integrates Adlerian Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavior Counseling. As a Certified Trauma Professional, he specializes in complex trauma and PTSD, aiming to create a safe, culturally competent space for healing. Carl is also a published author and TEDx speaker, with his book "A Changing Man" and talk "Losing Assumptions" advocating for empathy and personal growth. Driven by altruism, his mantra is, "If one person can eat, so can two. And if two people can eat, so can four," reflecting his commitment to communal upliftment.

Having over 7 years of experience working with at-risk children and families. Winterford provides a client-centered and strength based approach while utilizing mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as working modalities. Winterford is a two time HBCU alumna. Earning his Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescence Studies and a Master of Arts in Social Work. Winterford is a Licensed Social Worker approved to practice in the state of Maryland by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.

Brandon is a fourth-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Howard University and holds a Licensed Professional Counselor (LGPC) credential in Maryland. While completing core coursework, he works as a teaching assistant for Foundations of Psychological Science and mentors high school boys of color through the Young Doctors Project, which supports their exploration of health and medical sciences. Brandon's specializations includes grief, loss, and bereavement counseling, narrative and parts work, as well as stress and wellness coaching.

Justin has proudly served youth, adults, and families for over 10 years and remains energized by providing client-centered services that are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He understands that support looks different for everyone. Justin aims to identify the gift in everyone and aid in achieving their state of wellness. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, Master of Education in Urban Education Policy from Brown University, and Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.

Amber brings over a decade of experience in social emotional learning (SEL) and trauma-informed care (TIC), Amber is passionate about creating supportive environments for youth and families. She has led the development and implementation of a comprehensive SEL and TIC strategy that enhances the organization's culture and outcomes.
She also serves as a therapist, where I provide solutions-based therapy to youth and families in low-income areas. She loves to hold space and facilitate empowerment and wellness sessions for girls and women. Amber holds a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, and is certified in CPR & AED, QPR, and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

Dawaine is a self-proclaimed pusher of purpose, proponent of people, and promoter of potential. A published author and motivational speaker who hails from Washington DC, Cosey as he is affectionately called, believes in the best of others. Cosey earned a BS in Communication from Bowie State University and a Masters of Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania, and currently serves in a number of professional roles. He is an Impact Leader for a national non-profit organization coaching black male educators, a consultant for organizations that specialize in student development/engagement, and the Director of Culture and Empowerment at the all-male, public high school in Washington, DC.
